My parents in Somerville struck a gold mine when they found Lev (and Natia) to fix their three story Victorian’s roof- it required a full tear off for them. When my husband and I were in dire need of an artisan craftsman, roofer and siding expert to assess squirrels running throughout our ceiling, we knew lev was the one to call based on his expertise and precision handling a complicated roof replacement for my parents. Lev is a master of his craft. We ended up hiring Lev to fix many rotted holes in our soffit and fascia on our 1850s historic home in annandale. Natia (wife and office manager and keeper of the castle) was incredibly communicative. Lev and his crew came out to assess our gutters, rotted soffits, and fascia. Lev gave us a fair price. We asked him to look at our roof and give his opinion. He did a thorough inspection in the upstairs attic for any possible water / animal intrusion points. He throughly inspected the roof from the attic and found no signs of water infiltration in the roof and we appreciated his fairness and honesty in this process. We hired lev and his crew to replace and repair a significant amount of original historic wood fascia, soffits, yankee gutters, and even storm gutters. Lev was onsite everyday. His craftsmanship, expertise, attention to detail, and passion in preserving aesthetics over replacing with new everywhere was so greatly appreciated. Because of levs extensive expertise with old homes, he knew exactly what to do - without us asking. He and his crew fixed over 25 holes in our historic wood soffits and wood fascia. They quoted it fairly and knew exactly what they were doing. We haven’t had any issues since with squirrels or birds infiltrating the house. We will be having lev quote a full roof replacement for us in the next two years and trust him and his crew fully. Lev and his crew are the best in the business. Highly recommended. Honest, reliable, professional, and responsive. After a recent storm, we noticed signs of potential water damage on our home. We initially thought that the roof and siding needed to be replaced. Of the contractors we called for estimates, Lev was the only one to pull out a ladder, climb on the roof, and assess everything. He was honest and said that our roof had years left on it. He took time to point out where the siding issues were and explained everything thoroughly. Other contractors simply wrote up estimates for roof and siding replacement or never followed up. Lev and his company replaced the well worn siding on our home. They were respectful of our property, worked hard, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. As other reviewers have said, Lev was on site working with his crew every day. Throughout the work, Lev and Natia (in the office) kept us informed and answered all of our questions. We had a last minute change after the work began. They handled this with fairness, grace, poise, and patience. Our home came out beautifully. Lev and his team are skilled craftsmen. The quality of work and attention to detail is uncommon these days. Would use them again for future work.

Recently had our roof and gutters & leaders replaced by Levs. The pricing was very fair and the quality of both the materials and workmanship was oustanding. Lev, Natia and their crew were a pleasure to work with. The entire experience was as good as one could hope for.
Wonderful, caring people that did a great job installing a new roof in just one day. Lev was great in explaining the condition of the roof and the work that needed to be done. We were in a bind and needed the roof done asap and Natia was able to juggle the schedule to have our roof done 2 days after the estimate was agreed to. The workers were very professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done. The roof looks great and we have no leaks. I would definitely call them again if we need any type of construction work around the house. Highly recommend them.
